Return/Refund Policy
Seminars
Unless otherwise stated, a full refund (minus a $50.00 processing fee) will be administered if cancelling outside of 30 days from the seminar. If cancelling within 30 days of the seminar there is no refund. Cancellations must be made in writing
Newsletters
If not completely satisfied with the newsletter, a full refund will be administered.
Delivery Method and Training
Seminars
Upon receipt of approved payment a confirmation letter and a hotel reservation form will be mailed within 5 business days.
Newsletters
Upon receipt of approved payment, your first newsletter will be mailed up to 2 weeks later based on timing of next issue.
