Taking over the practice of Sarner & Associates, Ltd. In 1987, Mr. Collier directs a national law firm limited to representing doctors in the business aspects of their affairs.

Mr. Collier is also Editor and Publisher of the bi-monthly Collier, Sarner And Associates Doctors’ Newsletter, which has provided timely information regarding taxes, insurance, investments, practice transitions and much more to thousands of doctors for over 30 years.

Mr. Collier lectures extensively on these subjects at Collier, Sarner seminars seminars, to students and as a featured clinician at national, regional, state and local meetings.

Mr. Collier believes in giving back and serves on the National Board of the ADA Foundation and serves, or has served, on the boards of the Dental Schools at Indiana, Case, and the University of Pennsylvania (where he is the Board’s past Chairman).

Mr. Collier started with Collier And Associates in 2001. He represents doctors in all phases of buying and selling practices including valuing practices and structuring the practice sale. He regularly consults with clients to provide practice management and tax saving advice. Mr. Collier also analyzes the feasibility of adopting retirement plans, and, when retirement plans are appropriate, drafts the plans.

Mr. Collier is Assistant Editor of the bi-monthly Collier, Sarner And Associates Doctors’ Newsletter, which has provided timely information regarding taxes, insurance, investments, practice transitions and much more to thousands of doctors for over 30 years.

Mr. Collier also lectures at Collier, Sarner seminars, to students and to professional dental and other professional organizations.
